Great dispensary in the downtown area of Oak Park. Their selection is varied and the staff are helpful and friendly. Prices are somewhat high here, but there’s something for everyone here. Order online and bring ID for pickup. Please be advised: use street parking and pay the meter. Do not park in parking lot by Old Navy/Target, you will be subject to tow. Fyi.

Brittany “L3 Kat” Frias

When I went there for my visit, the place was nice and clean. However, the experience it was a different story. I'm not a recreational user, I use medical. When I went to buy there and I asked about the strains. The person that helped me couldn't tell me much about the strain other than that was already on the menu. They pretty much repeated the information that was on the menu. Not only that, I bought some prerolls and they were poisoned. Why do I say that? I smoke about once or two a week, and when I smoked their prerolls it did something. I didn't get the typical thc high. It was a different kind of high that also made my stool change color. Now I have to go to the doctors and figure out what exactly did I smoke. Mind you, whenever I had sometime from my local friendly BUDdy, their stuff actually reacted the way its supposed to be. Good to know that they're even messing up with medical people. ------------------------------- Update: I added a star because before the pandemic, there was an awesome budtender that helped me when it first became recreational. I think their name started with a "T". All I can remember the way they looked. Tall, handsome African American, slim, with short twisted hair (kind of looked like Cheetos a bit). He was very knowledgeable in the product and would tell me great information about each strain.

Hands down the worst dispensary in Illinois. What I bought smelt like mold and made me and my partner sick. I guess it's partially my fault for buying what was on special, but it's the only thing remotely affordable at their location. Don't waste your time can't believe this place got a license. Staff is horrible too.

The employees at MedMen Oak Park are what make it so great. Most employees are extremely courteous, polite, well educated, and happy making for a fantastic and insightful customer experience. They are a fantastic example of the quickly evolving cannabis industry. Edit: Images are a bit outdated (MedMen and I want to stay HIPAA compliant), the store looks, feels, and functions differently now - In a good way.
