This banfield was hands down the worst experience I have ever had in my 25 years of life. I went to this scam of a vet, and asked for ear drops for my dogs right ear. My wife made a drop off appointment for my dog, they took him back and said he should be fine. 2 weeks later my wife noticed my dog scratching at his ear and upon investigation realized that his ear was still inflamed. My wife, who is very thorough, called and asked which ear they had put the long acting ear drop in, and they confirmed it was the left ear. I took my dog in and wanted them to correct this, but they came in looked at his ears, said they were fine, and charged me 70$ for the visit. Will not return regardless of the outcome. I can have a homeless guy look at my dog down the street and give him 70$ instead. Medical professionals? More like professional scammers.

Great service. The staff and vet are all friendly and helpful. Had to bring our cat Goldie in to have stitches removed.

This is the worst place to take your pet: The doctors keep leaving and the people at the front desk are worse than rude. They have been lying to us about my pet medication “it’s there it’s not”.. They say different things, promise that will ask manager or dr to call and nothing ever happens… I have never had experience like this with other clinics but this one…

Constantly raising the price of the Wellness plan while at the same time removing included features and benefits. Aero Dr. takes great care of my dog, not the staffs fault their company is becoming exceedingly greedy.

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 18, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 18, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).

Why am I not receiving any advice. My cat needs 2 teeth extracted and I was told by the vet it would be about $700.00. I then received an email stating cost of $894-$1492.00 and I can't afford this

Should try and shop around for a different Vet as my dearly departed Annabelle and Madison both had dental surgery and extractions and the bill was under 1000 dollars for her dental surgery both of them came in around 800 dollars for the both of them. Had one done and then the other one done two kitties two dental surgeries 800 for one and 800 for the other one and we're talking stomatitis related extractions.

Last night my fur baby acted almost like he was having a stroke affecting his right side.
