All the staff I interacted with were great. We found a stray cat on Friday so we came in as a walk in on Monday morning. The vet called to ask questions and confirm treatment and I left with a plan. If you are coming in as a walk in a line starts to form by 0720, so come early. They also have a Military discount!

I am very happy to have found B Street Vets. We have two dogs and the vets and staff at B Street have taken great care of our family. B Street allows walk-ins without appointments, and sometimes they have a lot of walk ins waiting, but they will always triage the animals and make sure your pet is cared for. When you have an appointment, there is no problem getting in. It is a busy clinic and the staff always does their best to be welcoming even when it gets hectic.

What a great vet. I had an emergency with my small feller and I called and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. They did a great job easing my concerns and taking great care of my dog. I would recommend them to anyone for any of your vet related needs. I guess I just found my new vet and I will be back!

This is a good place. My cat got out once and came back a month later with an infected bite wound. I was low on cash but they worked with me. In the end it cost just over 1000$. I thought that was a lot until someone told me how much all the work would have cost at her practice... About 2500$ . one note of concern was the vets physical handling of my pet I warned her not certain things when handling and the first thing she did was sit things that I told her not to and she got a Paw full of claws because of it.(the only time he has ever hurt a human to this day). The medical care was very good.

I'm sorry to hear about your interaction, and experience you had. B street veterinarian has been my vet for over 3 years now, and I can honestly say, and assure you that this is not the norm for them. I am not disregarding your feelings, because your feelings are your feelings. Please reach out to management or one of the doctor's there as I know Dr. V & Dr. Nova are outstanding at being compassionate, loving, and caring 💕 The office manager takes pride in her office as well. Their office what's everyone everyone to leave happy and with a warm heart! ❤ Kody & Kahli's mom🐶💕

Do the vets ask if you have questions and make an effort to anticipate them, especially when you may not know what questions to ask?

Cameron Davies | Aug 20, 2018

Yes and no. They treat all breeds and temperaments with so much love, but like your doctor, they don't know something is an issue unless you bring it up. They see obvious stuff, but as you would with your doc, take a list of questions/symptoms/ issues that will help them figure out what's wrong.

Vets are great. Vet techs and office admin are condescending and impatient.

Incredibly long! I live 5 minutes away and was gone for 3 hours, just for an annual check-up and shots for 2 cats, who were otherwise fine. And I had an appointment!
