Certainly not.
They’ve been friendly and helpful in my experience. But as of today, I take that back. The woman at the desk refused to acknowledge me as I waited to sign the check-in sheet. She was rather arrogant, unfriendly and most unhelpful, an altogether poor to choice to place in a front-desk position.
