Yes. They have never been patronizing or short. Good news or bad, they always take the time to explain everything and give us options.
The vet, Jenna Olson did sort of talk down and patronize me. She even went so far as telling me multiple times to train my dog. Mind you he is an 11m old boxer pup who was only excited to see her.
