Me and my wife have traded our vehicles to this place. She got herself a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee which later within a week of purchase finds out that she needs to replace her radio, and her tire pressure light keeps cutting on. Meanwhile, I traded in for a 2018 Ford Mustang that the battery was dead before purchasing. They managed to jump it, but now I have electrical issues with my vehicle not even 2 days of owning it. I have wires hanging underneath the steering wheel, and they didn’t put the cover back on when they jumped it. As they sent it to a Ford Dealership after being there since 8am yesterday morning, 4pm arrives and I am hearing that they haven’t even looked at it yet. I had to find out on my own by calling and emailing. I feel as if that they never truly cared about me or my vehicle as soon as I left the dealership. My wife had to get up and take me to work and back home before she started working today because of all this. I am truly disappointed with the process, and I demand that my vehicle gets fixed through Hendrick for the inconvenience. This will be the last time I will be financing through them. And, I don’t recommend that anyone finance a car or get a car through them.

We had an amazing experience at Hendrick. Doug helped us out with everything and we got the perfect car for us! We were dreading having to go look at a new car but Doug made it enjoyable and fun! Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will be back whenever we need another car!

Miguel Chirinos sold me my Dodge Challenger and I really was upset that I had to trade my Dodge Charger in but it was dead. He helped me pick the right car to make me feel better about my decision. As soon as Miguel asked if I wanted to test drive it, it was over and the decision was made. Miguel helped me and knew that I would easily fall in love with my new challenger once I test drove it! I was sold!!! Through out Miguel maintained professionalism and had a broad knowledge on all my questions and concerns. Miguel was also helpful when I had questions about my new purchase. Miguel was very patient with me when I was very frustrated, he is awesome I would recommend his 5 star knowledge of cars. He’s one of the best sells associates at Hendricks but everyone is friendly and helpful but Miguel went above and beyond! Your awesome! Thank you so much Miguel.

Check engine not for oil change reminder. Something more serious if car shut self off. Check engine light also for emission problems. Take to auto parts store, they can diagnose for free. Good luck
