I did a detail at this shop and NOT recommend at all. See attached photos which are the outcome of the interior detail. As you can see, none of the stains got cleaned and there is even still hair on the surface. Besides, I did not check the bill carefully at the shop but obviously this dealership charges unauthorized items. I only ordered detail cleaning but the shop charged Multipoint inspection ($0) which I did not authorized and a corresponding $6.74 service charge. I was in a hurry while at the counter so I overlooked this charge. PLEASE PAY EXTRA ATTENTION for all future customers. I waited from 7:45am in the morning and picked up my car at 2pm in the afternoon. The 7h wait time came out disappointment. I could not wait any longer today since their shuttle driver will not be available for customer commute for the day. With this being said, I do not recommend any of the detail cleaning here

It was a large expense— A/C compressor replacement. I appreciate Stephen’s great problem -solving, excellent customer service and quick action! I came here with a specific plan in mind. I wanted to trade in my current Civic (and I wanted to get a certain amount for it) and buy a new Civic because I love these cars and I like to stick to what I know is good and reliable. I ended up trading in my Civic and got almost the exact amount that I wanted and I got into a brand new HR-V. in my book, that is a great upgrade! She showed me my options, explained everything I had questions about, and worked with me to stay within my budget. Masks required and are worn by all staff. Section for hand sanitizing and cleaning by the front door. Greeters in front to direct customers
Take it to the service department, they should be able to reset it for you.
