Just got off the phone with them and they won't help me with a referral untill I pay my balance off completely. You would think if someone's litterly gonna die from infection that they might help but no luck just a bunch of cucks. Pretty sad state we are in of they would rather have someone die from tooth infection than help but what do u expect from a bunch of un_caring people, you people won't even give me a referral for another ok real surgeon!

I waited six months and rescheduled a business trip for a dental cleaning appointment with them, only to be called by the office three days before the appointment to reschedule. Clearly I don't matter to them as a patient. I will take my business elsewhere. If I cannot trust them to respect my time how can I trust them to provide proper care?

I saw some other low reviews on here and wanted to make sure I expressed my satisfaction in coming to Midstate. Dr Berry has been amazing as my PCP and even when I moved I still drive over an hour to keep her. I also still drive over an hour for dental, I am so grateful for how easily they have worked with me so that I could get dental work done and so accommodating when I needed an emergency visit. I have had to cancel and reschedule appointments and have always had incredibly helpful people on the phone. When I had to deal with changing employment and wasn’t sure what I could do about insurance, they have a fincancial person for patients that can go over options and help you apply for marketplace or Medicaid. I also go to the Plymouth office for another provider and have the same to say for that office. I’ve had great experiences each time I’ve gone and the staff, doctor and dentist have always done whatever they could to help me. Having a traumatic brain injury I can get confused and need a lot of patience from people and they have always been all that and more.
