I sent a package priority mail dec. 10 and it took 30 days to reach its destination. I sent another package last week feb 21 and it was supposed to arrive at its’ destination on feb 23. It is now feb 28 and it is still traveling, somewhere?

This is an extremely common problem when packaging travels through this facility. Many have noticed opened and missing packages when it gets to this location. I would say theft and lazyness are a big issue at this location. Email the USPS corporate office and submit your complaint.
Have general delivery do both people have to go to post office

I called the post office to try to find out if they got my letter my friend sent to a week ago and their auto calling system is very confusing for me.do I ask about tracking a package or what because there options

Why is it a 3 day priority mail package can make it to this sorting distribution spot and then all of a sudden become " delayed ? If I wanted it " delayed " I wouldn't of sent it "priority "

It happens a lot here at this location. I have filed several complaints with no response.
My carrier will not pick up my mail unless I have mail how do you get a hold of the post office when all you get is a recording I am so angry right now this is happened over and over

Your carrier is not required to pick up outgoing mail, it is a customer courtesy

Ask your friend if they received a tracking number. Then with that number go to usps.com and see what it says about all you can do. I'd say it will be there by tmrw. Priority is 2 to 3 business days
1. You can go to post office to get a card to fill out. I usually get 2. 1 to put in at old address so your previous postman knows you have moved knows to forward all your mail, then 1 at new address so your new postman knows there is a new customer on their route and can make sure you get all your mail.
2. You can go online to www.USPS.gov and put in change, but be aware that you will need debt/credit card and be charged to do so. I believe it was a $1.

Go into the Chestnut facility. They can tell you which station delivers your mail and the local number to that station. The Chestnut office is a processing plant as well as the main office, but does not deliver. It is for sorting the mail and sending it on to be dellivered

My neighbors keep parking in front of our mailboxes and the postal delivery person cannot drop our mail because they cannot get their mail truck up to the boxes. I have asked them not to park there. What are my options?
You may want call around. Different places may have different prices. I know the library on N. Kansas does them. You find that the time they do it may work better for you too. Have fun on your trip.
I was told that mail coming into Springfield has changed and takes twice as long to get here due to the closing of the postoffices is this true and why
