I really like the PA that I have seen a few times at the office the other staff are a joke. I was told that I need to have a test done. They order the test. How ever I never could get the test done because no one in the Temecula valley does the test. Disability papers they would not fill out. They said that I need to bring my other physicians paper work in so that they could see what they said. So I drive 15 miles to take the paperwork. The office worker did not know what to do, other than say that they could not complete the paperwork. The specialist needs to complete. I explained to her that the blank paperwork for the PCP was for their office. They don’t return phone calls in a timely manner. For this reason I need to change PCP .

I didn’t have an appointment and I was in terrible distress with the problem that I was having. It was 8:30 am when I just walked in and although they couldn’t take me at that moment, literally because they didn’t have a physician on hand, I was told to come back at 11:30 which I did. I was treated by Christopher Sanchez who was most caring, kind and empathetic person that I have found in the medical field. He did the very best he could and I went on my way much less distressed. I have found that Dr. Combs office has much to be proud of in all of its staff. Very caring people ate at both the front desk and the employees who answer the phones. I would also like to compliment Robin who is a patient advocate and Deborah who is helps with referrals. Both are amazing at what they do.

We been a patient of Dr Curtiss Comps for many years, we are also see Dr. Maggie and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care that they give us every time we visit, that's why some times the visit takes a little bit of time..just be understanding and patience with them as is a guarantee that you will be in good hands. The staff is always very professional professional also. Recommend this wonderful Dr. and his staff.

I've been a patient at Dr. Combs for years. This office actually treat most of my family. Until recently I was very satisfied with the care I've received. Although I haven't personally seen Dr. Combs in a few years himself but his PA's were great and Dr.Vincent (no longer there) . Now, due to COVID they'll no longer see you if you're actually sick. They will refer you to Urgent Care or the ER for care. I don't pay all this money for insurance to be brushed off and sent to the ER for ongoing treatment or followup care. I'm really disappointed and will be moving my family's care elsewhere.
