Movers did an exceptional job. They were communicative, friendly, very careful with our items, thorough and detail oriented. 2 stars because they gouged our concrete driveway pretty badly, multiple gouges on both concrete pads. The owner (John Ruff) argued with my husband saying WE shouldn't have let THEIR driver come up our driveway with THEIR truck. At the end, he sent a friend to come patch up the gouges. This friend of his said he needed to come back a second day to seal the patches, but didn't come back. After a few rain storms, most of the patches were washed away & we're left with half patched gouges.

Don't make the mistake that I made! I did not buy extra insurance to cover damage. On three previous moves with national moving companies, I had no damage, so I had a false sense of security. Recently, I had this company do a local move where substantial damage was done to an upright piano. The mover explained that he left the piano on a 4-wheeler cart strapped to the inside wall of the truck. Somehow, it must have come loose, resulting in breaking the front two legs of the piano and causing severe dents and dings on the front surface. I was paid the standard rate of 60 cents per pound which covers only a very small fraction of the repair cost. I asked the company to give me the courtesy of returning the $150 surcharge for piano moving, since the mistake seemed to be an obvious failure to properly secure the piano. They denied my request. It was ironic that I had to pay the piano-surcharge premium for them to do a substandard job. I assumed that the extra charge was for the extra care required to move a piano.

pick it. Poor quality. Poor Value. Not professional. Not responsive. probably the WORST move we have ever experienced. the things they packed= awful. the way they packed the truck= atrocious. the way they treat the customer= rude. Please reconsider if you are thinking of using them. We can post pictures after our claim has been resolved. we are very familiar with your phone number. thanks. yes i am a real customer and if you paid attention to people when they did call that you would know that I am.

I dont work there any more but is it going to be a in town move?
They are very good at working with schedules. Early in the week is open more often as most folks like to move on the weekends
