The spa is currently only open to guest staying on their property to keep social distance. It was perfect and not crowded, we had plenty of space to visit all of the facilities and not run into anyone. The property is absolutely beautiful. We took advantage of the stream room, sauna and the hydration spa. It was a bit windy on the day we went but we were able to enjoy the outside pool area for a few minutes. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, Ellie was our tour guide and she was so helpful and friendly she felt like an old friend giving info and advice. We all received the therapeutic massage with a clementine scrub and we recurrence the oil to take home. My therapist was Beau and she was amazing! I truly enjoyed my massage and the facilities. I do wish the location was actually attached to the hotel but it's so beautiful once you get in. It is a coed spa and all common areas are shared by everyone. They have cabanas that can be rented out by the pool and a large jacuzzi with a rock waterfall. If you're looking for relaxation and peace you will definitely find it here.

Loved the experience of being a participant to donate hair to the American Cancer Society recipients. My stylist, sorry I do not remember her name, was very nice, friendly, encouraged picture taking and had great conversations. She made me feel important and good for donating and was very informative about the salon products for my hair. Thank you and I hope to see you again to donate!

I'm not accustomed to hotels charging me to use a sauna, never mind the fact that the dry sauna was out of order. I had planned on scheduling my partner and I for a full massage the next day but decided against it. You could say Pachanga 'rubbed me the wrong way'.

This is new to the resort and is amazing! They offer yoga classes to guests on weekends which I gotnto attend with Mimi- she was AMAZING!! the fitness center is well equipped too, must go!!
