DO NOT BUY THIS WHOLE HOUSE FAN!!! IT DOES NOT MOVE THE AIR THEY CLAIM. My electrician recommended this product. He said it was quieter and worked the same as my previous whole house fan. Not only does it move a lot less air but it’s very loud too.

Good product with horrible customer support. Alex and Brendan in Customer Service don’t respond to messages. Good fan but the controls are horrible. I paid extra for a remote at install, that died. I paid $500 for a new QC hub, that died. Then the QC App died. Intermatic App died. Now, paying another $200 for new controls.

Don't expect to get your $25 Refer A Friend rebate from QuietCool. It is a scam. I and my neighbor have had our paperwork filed since October of 2020, and we are still waiting. We've both reached out to them multiple times and they always say it will be mailed on Friday. How many Fridays have to come and go before the money arrives? This is absolutely false advertising and they should be fined for this illegal practice.

Island Cooling has been QuietCool's Hawaii distributor since 2010. What I appreciate most is QuietCool manufacturing's constant commitment to improving their products for their customers. Motors continue to get more efficient, quieter and more effective. Controls are easier to use and systems are easier to install. QC's already reliable systems get more reliable. They listen to feedback and make adjustments that make them better.

Hi Dave, You should be fine if there is a power outage on both our RF and Bluetooth controls will keep their settings. If you're hard-wired then you have nothing to worry about!!
Quiet cool also makes attic gable vent fans. They have one that responds not only to heat but to humidity within the Attic.
