My alternator froze up and snapped the belt that runs everything. I got towed to Redhawk, and Manny took care of me, making the appropriate repairs and an oil change as well as diagnostic to discuss what they found and recommended for the future. And in the end, they gave me a ride to Hertz to get a rental car, as I arrived near days end and the truck had to be kept overnight. It was done quickly the next day. I hope to be able to depend on Redhawks professionalism for years to come!

Every time I have come here, I am never disappointed. Sal always takes care of me and the customer service is above and beyond! Paul is one of the best techs I have ever had working on my car. I love the fact that they also offer a loaner vehicle if you need it. I won't trust any other auto service company to work on my car.
