Employees are very rude & highly unprofessional. Ordered 2 large shrimp meals which came in a baby box just the stale shrimp & biscuits. Small fries which where old. Was told only drinks they have are Tea, Lemonade & water. When the cashier at the window had another female come over & explain. The dinner only comes in one size & sides are large. Which was a lie cause my sides where small as well. They ran out of mac n cheese. I called to speak to management. The guy was just as rude in customer service or whomever he was. I asked was he the manager. He replied rudely how can I help. A friend warned me not to go. Understandable why the location is below. Everything is ran below standard a from food to the employees & management. Just a friendly word. Pull it together before the door has a CLOSED sign.

Why would you serve a portion of this size as a side order….might as well name it sample. I know this can’t be the corporate way. I’ll just keep going to Chik Fil A…..

This establishment is very unprofessional & the employee's are very rude. The management has apparently lost control of this store. I ordered an 8pc nugget meal that was missing the biscuit and the chicken was not completely done, the breading was soggy and the chicken was not cooked all the way through. When I called to speak with a supervisor about my order an employee answered the phone and very rudely told me no manager was available in the store then said what do you need. I explained my problem with the food not being done and she yells "ya'll she said we gave her raw chicken" then I hear laughter in the background. I told her I was calling cooperate and she said hold on here is a manager. A second person claiming to be the manager get on the phone, I explained my concerns then a 3rd person gets on the phone claiming to be the GM of the store name Amy. She did not apologize about the food or the employee's behavior. She told me to come back and speak with a guy named Mike. I can hear an employee in the background using profanity and saying how she "don't got to work there and they are lucky she shows up". Zero stars would be to many for this place.

Terrible waited on fresh chicken and they took it straight out of the grease into the box I took pics and look at the napkins soaked in grease and then the other pics are supposed to be a thigh don't even want POPEYE anymore..😡😡
