We order a 8 piece dinner with fries and red beans and rice. I decided to go inside to order due to the long drive thru line. After I ordered I watched them make my bag and sit it to the side. After 20 mins they checked the bag and gave it to another customer who was complaining of the wait time. He left for like 5 mins and then came back to say it was the wrong order and the Lady then admitted it was our order and then it took them another 20 mins to fulfill our order. I spent 50 mins waiting for a chicken dinner fool me once but I will never go there again. Popeyes has good food but it is never worth the hassle.

You'd be better off eating anywhere else. I love Popeyes. This location sucks. Two drive thru lines, only one guy taking orders and after one car is done it was a solid minute before he switched to me, then told me to hold on. When I said thank you after completing my order dude's response was "uh-huh" Takes a few minutes to get all my food. I ask for my receipt and say thank you when he hands it to me. His response is "yea" I ordered a large everything. One side was large. The fries were a small and at the bottom of the bag everywhere. This store lucky they're almost at 3.5 stars. Worst Popeyes I've been to.

I favor Popeyes over other chicken fast food spots. Theirs taste better. I decided to try the mac n cheese and was blown away at how good it tasted ! It was almost homestyle tasting and not boxed and processed like the competitors'. I was ready for seconds ! LOL... Now on the other hand, they seemed to cut corners with their red beans and rice. They fill up the container (not to the max either) mainly with rice (see the pics) so you don't get equal beans. I asked for more beans than rice. According to the staff, it's pre-made with those portions. That, I'm not happy with as I'm not getting value for my money. Another thing is this location is ALWAYS out of something, even though it's nowhere near closing time. This time, they were out of rootbeer soda ! Who runs out of soda ? Ughhh ! Note - I gave it 4 stars for the chicken, mac n cheese and fast service.

Popeyes has a very good chicken sandwich most of the time.They're just not consistent one day you go you may get a good one the next visit it may be totally different. I think it depends on who's working that day.
