Awesome customer service!! Only Metro store I go to. Jeff knows his stuff. I delt with MetroPCS by calling them, they changed my plan. Just so happened I had to upgrade a phone, went to this store & not only did I get a great phone, but Jeff said my plan was too high called in and knocked my bill for 5 phones from $175 to $131!!!! I couldn't believe the change in price he made. Definitely my go to store!!

I have a phone I purchased through Metro PCS a few years ago. Still use for notifications of email and games. Became too expensive and switched to tracfone. Would I be able to transfer cell number I received from tracfone back to Metro? Thank you.
