I've rented units at U-Stor Lakeview for over 20 years and have always had a good relationship with them. Once, I accidentally locked my key ring with my lock and car keys on it in my unit. It was after hours, but they graciously came, cut off my lock and lent me one of theirs. I highly recommend them.

I lost my password and had an issue with my payment. They offered me a period of grace and helped me recover my information. They just don't kick you out like other places. They will try to contact you and take care of your valuables for a grace of time if you are a loyal customer. Some places are not interested just in your money , they value your loyalty and I really like that.

Exceptional customer service. On site managers were amazingly helpful. Premise is clean and has 24 hour security monitoring. For any storage needs, whether it be temporary or long term, I would certainly return to this facility based on the outstanding customer service I personally received from the onsite management at this particular location.
