Important notice, they tell you when becoming a customer that auto pay saves $5. Auto pay wont actually enroll until after the first month is billed to you, you pay the bill manually and then you call again to have auto pay setup. And good luck not getting hung up on during these call. I have Wow for another home, I selected them again because the internet itself seems to have less outages than Spectrum. Just know, you are completely sacrificing all other logistics, systems, common sense, etc.

Switched back to Spectrum because Wow had continued to increase rates. I requested that services be discontinued at the end of billing cycle on 7/1/22. Customer service person said I would receive a kit from FedEx so I could return modem. On 7/11 received a LAST NOTICE letter warned that if I didn't return the modem I would be put on the "delinquency" list. At this point, I still have not received the kit from FedEx. When I called WOW the customer service person said that it may take up to 20 days. I expressed my concern that this made no sense since I received the warning letter from WOW. They told me I could go to a FedEx office at no cost to me or I could return it to the WOW office in Pinellas Park in a drop box. However, if I returned it to the dropbox, she said there would be no receipt given since due to Covid the office is closed. I decided to go to the FedEx Office today so I would receive a tracking number. I went to FedEx Office, but they had not idea what I was talking about and the only cable company they had a deal with was Direct TV. SO....I drove across town to the Wow Office where there was a note on the dropbox that indicates to leave equipment on their walkway. There is no one to give a receipt or even to monitor equipment. Inefficient and unreliable! There was no way to prove I returned equipment other than the fact I took pictures and a video. I would steer clear!

The promotion I was supposed to get never came because the direct pay never sticks. You set it up billing time comes 2 days later you have no service and a late fee. They just want money. If moving to an area where this is only choice, I advise finding a new place if possible. They cant even figure out how to keep your account paperless. That might also be because you get a discount so they take a hit. They sound great and it looks great on paper but the reality is horrible customer service massive extra fee's and lack luster signal even on the ethernet cord.

Worst scammers possible. The equipment and service doesn't work and hidden fees increase the monthly bill to 100 dollars for a connection that is offline 70 perctent of the time. I work from home and the outages have caused me to miss several shifts. Customers get charged a reconnection fee each time there is an outage. Automatic bill pay doesn't work so they can shut your connection off for 48 hours without warning, charge a late fee and extra connection fee again. There's also fees for the paper bills and installation which isn't revealed until you see an in house service fee on your monthly bill. They have cost me around 2500 in lost work, free training and certifications.

To answer your question, I would refer you to our website at www.Wowway.com. Wow! is a newer company. And like many new companies, there are hurdles that they have to overcome. I am a Field Service Technician in pinellas county and have worked for Wow! for 2 years. It is a great company to work for and we offer many different services. Don't base your decision off of one persons bad experience. That particular customer may not have been properly educated or has just become a custom to a different type of service in which they are uncomfortable with. I myself have had the service only for one year and haven't had ANY issues at all. But just keep in mind that we live in a VERY technical era, and nothing works perfect "all" the time. I would advise anyone that is curious about the quality of Wow! service to try it for themselves. Thanks.
You can download the various channel apps (FX, TBS, etc., and log in using your WOW username and password. At least it gets you some TV on your phone or tablet.

Had a Bad experience.They said 1st month free. nopeeeeee. They wouldnt fix what they're workers lied about. So I cancelled. Will not EVER DEAL WITH THEM EVER. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!! ANYTHING FOR YOUR MONEY

Not today. Most days I do. The internet is slow. The cable get messages that there is problems with viewing that channel. But it is cheaper then thothereservice. U GET WHAT WE PAY FOWe AS YOU TELL FTOM THE TYPING. IT BLOCKS VIEW SO YOU CN NOT SEE IT'
