Honestly this place is a God send, I am very blessed to be here. Nina is awesome in the front office, very easy going. The grounds are clean, and honestly my neighbors are quiet. The apartment is well built and I have no complaints. Amazing place to live.

Zero Stars-DO NOT RENT AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!! Parkside Commons apartments has had a very high turnover ranging from regional managers, leasing managers and maintenance staff( 6 leasing managers and about 20 maintenance workers since 2016) They do not do thorough background checks on their employees. We’ve HAD a felon with active warrants in a different state as our leasing agent and a maintenance worker with grand theft charges. They allow tenants to live in unhealthy conditions (BED BUGS, roaches, mold/mildew). They don’t want to fix anything without corporates approval (Cambridge Management). WHICH NEVER GETS APPROVED.

Pre qualified for my income over the phone for their new garden trail apartments going up on seminole blvd. Worked it out with my company to leave a half an hour early so I could make my appointment time as they close at 4pm and the latest they could do an interview was at 330 which is the time I normally leave work. I get there and am not even sitting for 3 minutes before I'm told I make 300 over the alloted yearly gross income for their apartments. So now I've left work early and have a 45 minute drive back home in rush hour traffic on US 19. Waste half my tank of gas with nothing to show for it. So much for expecting people to be able to do simple math. All for a 300 dollar difference.
