As far as family parks go I would say it's a pretty good one considering there is not alot to choose from in the area. There is an issue with children defacing your property and tearing up your yard. (Unfortunately the office can't do much about lack of parental supervision) Also, the pool would be lovely except there are so many rules and the pool attendant tends to be a bit unreliable at times making it not that fun to use. There has also been a price hike in lot rent every year, I fear if this continues it will no longer be affordable for many. One last thing is the the laundry facility is grossly overpriced.

This place sucks! If they say they're help you with lot rent? No, they twist it around for same price of lot rent. I would tell everyone I meet never go here. The management is never on office. Its a 9-5pm I would call around 3:30 no answer. Not even a answer ing machine.

This would be one of the best it's not the best family mobile home parks in Pinellas County. They thoroughly run background checks or anyone wanting to move on here. They also do random inspections on all the mobile homes from the outside to ensure that no one is just leaving things laying out in the yard to make the park look like trash and run down. They have a community pool as well as a laundry room and a recreational party room that can be rented for special occasion. In the 10 years I have lived here I can count on one hand the amount of times I've seen law enforcement in here. Probably the only negative thing I can say is that there are cats and ducks everywhere. And the ducks tend to make a mess everywhere they go. If you want a safe environment in which to have children and feel like you don't have to worry this would be it.

Please visit our website to see any current listings or homes at this moment we have nothing available
The Best thing is to contact the managers at the office they know about all listing and sales. Those that go directly through a realtor you will have to get a hold of them
Please visit our website www.cginvestment.net/pinellascascades

Based on these unanswered questions, I am not interested in your offer.
The renter still has to be approved by the owner and pass the background check.
Correct there is currently nothing available.
No it is not
The number was working as we tested it.
There are homes for sales, rent to owns but no pure rentals allowed.
Dogs under 40lbs, no vicus breeds and we do not allow fences on any lots.
Currently its around $608 (does not include your utilities). It’s being raised in January
The community only has 1 home available at this time. You can view details on our website. There are other homes for sale by the individual owners- either buy owner or through a realtor. You would have to contact them directly for that information. All potential residents MUST BE approved by the community before purchasing any home in the park. This includes a criminal and credit check.
Currently through the park we only have one home available. You can view all listings on our website. Their are individual owners who have homes for sale either buy owner or from a realtor. Can't speak for the park my boss lives there and has for some time. Seems to like the place and from what I've seen it has a diverse group of people there. Seems to be a friendly place. Give them a call.
Yes please contact us and we will assist with this issue.
There are no rentals in this community.
They don't rent. Basically rent to own. I have a single wide and 1.5 bath and I pay around 643 a month which includes water/trash. You are responsible for anything that's goes wrong with your place.
We can’t control the photos. Sometimes things come up under the park not even related at all.
Not to my knowledge
Yes
The park doesn't rent
You would need to contact the Park office. Either they have homes for sale or know of someone who is selling. They do not rent.
Their rules state that you may only rent to Family, and only after they have passed a rigiouse background check which they must pay for. Rentals in this park are rare and far between. You might try calling the office and speaking with the Park Manager.
Check with the office at the Park. They usually know of any Homes for sale in the park. Also be aware that you would have to pass a background check. If you don't pass you can't move in or buy.
The only way they can rent is to Family. They also must pa and a background check and a credit check..
You would need to check with the office. I know that they just added about 5 brand new homes and they do keep a list of homes for sale.
