Do you have to have a certain credit score? I have poor credit from a hard financial time I was having in NC before I moved back to Florida.

Can't speak for the park my boss lives there and has for some time. Seems to like the place and from what I've seen it has a diverse group of people there. Seems to be a friendly place. Give them a call.

I can't speak for the park policies but most places have an acceptance procedure for residents. Call them. It's a family friendly park.
