From what I have read and found in doing my "Due Diligence" it was reported that there are no HOA fees. But believe this folks all the wonderful amenities don't come free as well they should not BUT lot rents cover the amenities and pay someone very large sums of money so always check out all the facts before you buy a "HOME" ! The unexpected fees can turn your new home into a prison of debt.

Have an old neighbor of mine that moved into here several years ago nice clean Park.

It's a beautiful over 5t+ Community to live in, neighbors are friendl, with actually access to shopping right outside the Park. For any availability stop in the office and see what they have to offer

I bought a new mobile in 2000 and like Park Royal very much. It is located in an area where you can shop for all your needs within a 3 square mile radius. The Park is well maintained and staff are most helpful and pleasant. You can be involved in many activities as well as many social events. Even has a doggy park and club!

What are your price for Jan.1 to feb.29
Average is 600.00 per month's lots of amenity clubhouse, pool, pickle ball court billiards room, shuffleboard court and many.
25 pound weight limit. 2 pets per household...but there are exceptions.
The lot rent goes up every year. Mine will be $711.come January 2022. The park is a good ace to live. But the water is shared. The water is between 50 to80 a month . No water meter for the homes
The park rents the space for your mobile. The park does rent out a few mobiles in the park. The residents also pays the pass on tax. Which is not included in your rent.
You would have to contact the office on Monday. I would not have a problem. I know they do a background check.
I don't think so, but check with the park manager.
I'm sorry. You would have to call the office and ask. They are mostly resident owned but there may be some rentals. 55+ park.
Nothing for rent. Only 2 houses for sale. The park has become about 80% year round
Nothing for rent and only 1 or 2 for sale
According to their website, it's 55+
There are many for sale right now. Prices are approximately $18,000 to $85,000. Just drive through the park sometime and if you see something you like, make an appointment with property office.
The lot rent is like 640. Then add water on top of that it is quite expensive. The water bill is divided between all the homes this month the water per unit was 89.00. The park dont want to to put ind. water meters so your paying for people to water the streets they water so much. The dog is not a problem at all. Your a loud 2 pets and there are some big dogs in here so he would be fine.
They used to be a great park but Sun communities bought it over 5 yrs ago. They didn't even want to fix the air conditioning in the club house. It is a beautiful park but this company is in it for money.
55 and up bit do not buy, they are expensive and they are owned by a rude company and that is putting it nicely. Used to be a great place not anymore. 😒
It's possible, but the park is pretty full, and there are very few rentals at any time.
In 2018, $617/month. In 2019, $643/month. Water/sewer are extra, around $60/month. Electric is extra, for me it's around $100/month.
Location determines lot rent, water bill varies throughout the year (split between all properties each month), purchase prices for homes can run anywhere from 5K to 90K
Very few, and some of those are seasonal only. Call the office for details.
Theres a nice small home for around9 950 all utilty included
Average rent and water sewer is just under $700 month
It's a mobile home park and lot rent runs $650 to $700 average
You would have to call the office. My mom lives there... i don't work there
