To answer your question, I would refer you to our website at www.Wowway.com. Wow! is a newer company. And like many new companies, there are hurdles that they have to overcome. I am a Field Service Technician in pinellas county and have worked for Wow! for 2 years. It is a great company to work for and we offer many different services. Don't base your decision off of one persons bad experience. That particular customer may not have been properly educated or has just become a custom to a different type of service in which they are uncomfortable with. I myself have had the service only for one year and haven't had ANY issues at all. But just keep in mind that we live in a VERY technical era, and nothing works perfect "all" the time. I would advise anyone that is curious about the quality of Wow! service to try it for themselves. Thanks.
I've had WOW cable and internet for near for two years without issue. My bill is $80 less a month than Spectrum/BrightHouse. I have yet to call WOW and have them restart my cable remotely, which was a monthly occurrence with Spectrum. No, there's no BayNews9, but with so many news sources online, I can live without it to save $80 a month.
