I hope you dont take WOW l cable is a problem.. their way of not taking care of bills, paid, pricing rising..
If you want poor service and crazy price spikes...choose WOW...please read my review of them.
After fighting two and a half years just to get the service to work I am giving up. I paid a very high price for a service that has rarely worked. They charge customer to repair the line coming from the drop and they doubled the rate. What total garbage. The internet works intermittently and I just gave up and used the hot spot on my phone. This is the .worst company in the thirty years I have been using cable and the internet. Buyer beware...you are in for more aggrevation and frustration than you can even imagine. So in two short words...THEY SUCK!!!!! That describes the service or lack of service.
You have to check what your balance is on your contract. If it is less than $500. Spectrum may, I repeat may, offer to pay off WOW balance. Hope this helps.
They cut my friend off, he was 2 weeks past. Spectrum has as most business a longer grace period , he explained he never got a bill or notice . Looking closer they had gotten the wrong name on the billing. They still had to pay two or three months before ot got turned back on. Y
