Had a Bad experience.They said 1st month free. nopeeeeee. They wouldnt fix what they're workers lied about. So I cancelled. Will not EVER DEAL WITH THEM EVER. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!! ANYTHING FOR YOUR MONEY
We had e bad problem with them. And when we cancelled they said they pick up the equipment free they waited 7 days and told us that we did not make an appointment for them to pick it up and they were going to charge us $50 when in their records they were the ones that forgot to make the appointment terrible communication. And you're always waiting 45 minutes to an hour to talk to somebody.
I’m having big problem with them,out of whole month my service was down each day for few hours,not sure why,I’ve called them and they send someone to fix 2-3 days after complain,each time same story,we fixed it,should be no more problems..I was paying each month(stupid) for this “service” and I don’t know why,I would strongly suggest not to get any business with them,the WORST provider ever!..p.s. I’ve purchase the best option for internet and they told me I need to purchase additional equipment in order to have WiFi all over my apartment!.. people,stay away from them!!!
