Disappointed with how I was treated here. I am a current monthly paying customer and was treated badly by a staff member there. Employees should be trained to prioritize and value their current customers. Giving the customers attitude and purposely trying to be difficult is not a way to keep customers and also not a way to promote new business.

I came into the store today with an order that normally takes a 48hr notice. Kyle assisted me with some of the best customer service one can deliver! He was very thorough and helped me a lot throughout this process. He was able to create what I needed in less than an hour! 10/10 on customer service!! Thank you Kyle!

Storage is probably ok but don't ship anything fragile here! I mentioned to the girl a couple times the package weight was 60lb (large double boxed TV) and if she wanted me to put it somewhere, I had a dolly. Think she was offended because she proceeded to put it up on her shoulder and went in the back. I assume she dropped it on the ground in the back. 60lb doesn't go slow to the ground from your shoulder. Damage is worse than I've ever seen!

Absolutely amazing customer service! They go above and beyond and do things at times that other stores charge for. I specifically drive all the way to this location because the UPS closest to me is horrible. They are all rude and unprofessional. So I will continue making the drive to this location no matter how small my need is. Today I worked with Chase. He was exceptionally courteous and professional!
