I walked in to simply send overnight a letter. There was already a man at the counter. 3 women were at a long table. No one looked up to greet either he or I for some time. I eventually said excuse me but we need assistance. Without acknowledging me, one came to the front to assist the prior person. He wanted copies. One of the items he wished to copy was not allowed due to legalities. However, letting him no by saying loudly so I could hear, " I can't copy that it is illegal " should perhaps been preceded with an " I'm sorry, I can't make copies of that." It was a disabled placard that he wanted for his second vehicle. I understand she was correct about the law. She however was unapologetic and accusatory in her loud tone. Meanwhile....I was ignored. I searched for a FedEx envelope , assuming it was self serve since still no one has given me attention. I then ask for an envelope. Another woman brings me.one, lays on the counter and walks away, saying nothing. I then look for labels. Since none are available I again return to stand at the counter. Meanwhile the first lady who screamed illegal is now belittling another not present employee, about how he does not follow fedex protocol and " while under this roof he will! " I do lose my patience and ask, " How do I get a label to send this?" The original woman who slapped the envelope down said " I have to get that for you. Couldn't you see I am on my way to assist you? " to which I was shocked since SHE gave me the envelope and I had told her for a letter! But she instead slapped an envelope down and knowingly walked away from me to stand there earlier? And to say " can't you see I am on my way" , when it was not until I spoke up that she even turned from her computer screen. Really? Her condescending attitude and that of her apparent superior were absolutely rude. They all 3 behaved in a manner that their being self righteous in griping about other employees, was far more important than acknowledging the customer literally in front of them. I will never return to this location that obviously needs a lesson on greeting, then informing your customers on how to use your business. I will never return to this location.

This place is ridiculous. Brought my iPhone trade in here. They lost it gave me a bad tracking number and won’t do anything to fix it! Have to get a lawyer to be able to do anything! And that’s with proof from the manager that I was in there dropped it off their employee put my phone on the wrong shelf so it sat there for days before being sent out only to be told that after the driver takes it they don’t know where it went! Can’t call corporate because the tracking number on my receipt is no good so they can’t do anything! Also was told by manager they have the same exact problem with someone else’s phone. I see a pattern here! Incompetent staff and corporate! I suggest not using this store because they will loose it and not do anything about it!

I am so thankful for this group of employees, especially Teresa. I brought in a tricky tedious print/cut/binding job that Teresa helped me coordinate and did an excellent job making the products. Unfortunately we had an edit on our end (our fault, not FedEx's) we needed to make and had to come back for them to re-do the whole job, which again, was not a small order or easy task. Everyone who helped me from start to finish was so kind and helpful and really did such a wonderful job doing this project for us and turning it around in short order. THANK YOU!!!
