Definitely one of the best parks/beaches to visit in this part of Florida. Great beaches, good fishing, and plenty of pavilions for family gatherings.

Took my niece and nephew there. The staff and a volunteer were wonderful with the kids. Showed us live (newly hatched just that morning) sea turtles and told us about their life cycle and the many turtle nests in the park. The baby turtles were going to be released that night since they are more likely to survive any seagulls that eat them during the day. On display are many skeletons of sea life in the area, plus shells, books, brochures. Very interesting for both adults and kids.

What a beautiful historic place. Entrance fee is only $5 and then you get so much space to wonder. The fort was interesting beach beautiful. Water wasn't as pretty as I expected but it was overcast.
