I had to arrange for packing and shipment of an unusual item (wooden statue) from 1380 miles away. Worked with Rayna (sp?) who was helpful, made suggestions and was a pleasure to speak with. What could have been arduous task due to distance and not being there turned out to be a pleasurable experience. Thank you

Very disappointed in their service. We have called numerous time for a period of six months. We have damaged packages and need a claim taken care of. The owner will nit deal with is and continue to disregard the issue. My customer is very upset and we are literally about to have to refund them 2k. A little communication would be appreciated l, but the people at this store are zero help

I use this location weekly if not more. The employees are always kind, helpful and with a friendly attitude. A drastic shift in any usps store I've found myself in! The owner is an incredible business owner and kind as well. There was a problem beyond his stores control and his problem solving and sincerity was quick and genuine. Support this business as they deserve it!

Truly such a great experience. I dealt with Alyssa on the day I went in and she has such great customer service and a great personality. I would definitely recommend this store for anybody who uses UPS.
