My mom and I went to BoxDrop and our sales rep Jimmy, was super nice and very helpful! The other rep (whose name I don’t remember) was also just as nice and the environment was real, not like a corporate place. Absolutely recommend anybody looking for a bed or mattress to go see him (them) bc I couldn’t be happier!!

Great experience! Buying a mattress can be overwhelming with so many brands, models and materials. I was happy there was no pressure, and no unwanted sales pitch.
