We have a farm and residential property. I am shocked by how unprofessional this company is. I have had to call in to them almost every week due to their poor service. The drivers will not take all of our trash some weeks. They leave a mess of our trash when they do pick it up. I had to stop a driver today because he would take our trash. When I called in to complain to a gentleman at dispatch (Brian) I was told that shrink wrap is not trash. Then they sent another person over within 10 minutes to pick up their waste barrels and I would assume terminate our business relationship. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had a great experience with G. Mello today. The woman who helped me (I think her name started with a K, I wish I remembered) took some extra time to help me with my issue and helped get it taken care of. Thank you for going the extra mile. Also while I am here, the guys who pick up our trash and recycling are awesome too. Highly recommend.

Used them for dumpster services. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Always called me back the same day if I left a message. Drop off and pick up was seamless. Price was competitive, if not slightly lower than the competition.

My recycling was to be picked up on Friday morning. I put it to the curb on Thursday evening as I always do. Well on Friday the recycling truck came threw the neighborhood and randomly picked up the bins. I called Monday morning to notify them of the fact and was told she would notify the driver. He came by and emptied my recycling. I then received a call from mellow,s telling me the driver said it was not out and this woman was just short of calling me a liar and I again told her about the other neighbors being missed also and I was told they did not have there's out also. I think you should question the driver because for some reason he is not doing his job and blaming the residents to cover his backside. As a business person you do not tell someone they are wrong, you do what needs to be done to make your customers happy, NEVER insinuate they are liars. POOR business practice.
