We have lived here since July25, 2019. We love everything about this place. The staff is so friendly. If you have anything that needs attention it is done during that day. It is so clean, quiet and dog friendly. I can say enough good about this place. Both my husband and I loive it. It is close to highways. You are thirty minutes away from most things.

Longview at Georgetown Luxury Apartments. There’s nothing Luxury about them. You will pay for the following Luxuries: No parks for kids, No tennis court, Unorganized parking, no outdoor grills, in adequate areas for pets,Outdated appliances. They claim to have a waiting list for garages but certain people don’t have to wait like the rest. The price of living here isn’t worth it. - former resident of 5 Patriot Lane

We have been living here since July 2019 and have lived in a couple of different complexes. This place by far is fantastic!! The staff is so friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The maintenance staff is fantastic. You put in a ticket online and your issue is fixed almost immediately. The pool area is great and kept clean at all times and they have a fantastic gym. The apartments are nice and homey. They are great with animals and will know your dog by name within the first month of living there. They are very strict with waste pickup from your dog so you never see anything on the ground. They made a cute little dog park which my dog loves. Not huge but plenty big enough for him to run and play with other dogs. I plan to be here for a long time.

One of the best town to raise your kids. No smoking around the buildings. Quite area and safe for the most part. Only thing they don’t have a play ground or play area for children, maybe the parking lot which is not recommended.

All units have washer and dryer. Two buildings have elevators.
Yes, you can pay your rent or put in a service request on our resident portal. All service requests are responded to within 24 hours, but, in case of an emergency, we also offer 24-hour emergency maintenance.
Our apartments are relatively large and range in size from 800 SF-1,607 FT. We offer apartments with lofts in select units which is a great space for an office or additional storage.Some of our apartments even feature gas fireplaces, if your are looking to enjoy the weather outside all our apartments feature private decks or balcony's.
We are a smoke-free community. Smoking is not allowed in our apartments, common area spaces, or outside within the property lines.
We offer an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, theater room, dog park, and Amazon parcel locker. You can also rent our clubhouse for your own private event or come to one of our frequently offered community events.
The deposit to hold an apartment is $500, which is applied to your first month's rent. You can apply online or in the office. For any reason you change your mind or are denied your deposit is refundable within 48 hours. The are also no application fees.
Yes, all of our apartments feature a washer and dryer inside each home. We also include a dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric stove, microwave and refrigerator in every kitchen. Ask about our slate appliance and granite counter-top upgrades that are available in select units!
Yes, we offer private garages for $135 & $150 per month. A select number of our garages offer an additional parking space outside. We also offer free parking for up to two vehicles per apartment. Guest parking is also available throughout the community.
Yes, we are pet-friendly! We welcome both dogs and cats, with certain breed restrictions on dogs. We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment home. There is a $35 monthly charge per cat, and a $50 monthly charge per dog. For information on service/companion animals, please contact us.
Our community features 1 & 2-bedroom floor plans with a variety of layouts to match your needs. Though monthly rent prices can fluctuate depending on availability, 1-bedroom apartments are usually available in the general range of $1,730 - $1,830 per month.
