Great seller of H&R Racing slot car parts, I purchased tires and a ready to race chassis from this seller. Orders arrived very quickly and accurate. I was able to revamp my 65fl foot Carrera digital 1/24 track that had not been touched in years. Also able to install a Carerra digital card in the new ready to race chassis in minutes. Everything is working as planned thanks to this great seller of H&R Racing slot car parts!!!

I ordered tires from this establishment, which I would never make that mistake again. They shipped the wrong product then lied about shipping the replacement tires. The customer service is horrible, they are dishonest..buyer beware!!!! Edit 12/21 Power Hobby sent the wheels finally, over two weeks.

I purchased a couple of items from their eBay store. An automatic shipper with tracking was issued, but the items were never sent out. Numerous messages when unanswered. I was able to get my money back by filling a complaint through eBay after Power Hobby failed to replied to the complaint. I left negative feedback about the transaction, but this feedback was removed by eBay for some reason I'm still trying to determine. One of the reasons I ordered from them was their stellar feedback rating. I'm posting this Googles review to make others aware of their poor business practices. Update: This company reached out to me on their own. They sent me a free item to make up for the issues that I experienced. I was impressed they wanted to make it right without me asking for anything.
