Indian lady there has a nasty attitude problem. I’ve been there and the young guys are pretty chill but the Indian lady prob who I’m assuming is the owner def makes their life hard. Just wanted to leave my package on counter and not get a receipt because I was in a rush and every postal office I’ve been to let’s you do this. I asked her if I could leave it here and that I don’t need a receipt and she looked at me and said “Oh do I really have any other choice” and I was baffled lol. Took my package and left because I feel like she’ll lose it with that attitude. Based on other reviews of packages getting lost I guess I made the right choice.

Never had a problem with the guys working there. Today an older women was there and refused to take my returns went to another ups store and had no problems. Will never go back here.

!!!ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARS!!! Package got stolen AGAIN!! UPS DON'T CARE!! They leave the packages on the floor unsecured and if they can't found it they say it was never delivered even if I show them on my phone that it was delivered and it says "It was handed directly to a receptionist" see screenshot. The reason I'm paying GOOD MONEY for UPS Store is to avoid stolen Packages, Shame on you UPS!!! you can't even do your job!!! by keeping this place secured!!!
