Do not do business with these people, they are unprofessional besides that they aren't setup for e-commerce. I put a linen suit in layaway, called a week later to get it out. On a Wednesday to be exact. So after 3 days of no tracking info I called back. Spoke with Jack and he told me it was a credit card issue. He had transposed some numbers. But no one called me, so my order sat for 3 days. Then I emailed them Tuesday to get information no response. It took me to send a nasty email to get a response. Now mind you when I spoke with Jack on Saturday about my credit card information he said that he corrected it and billed the account and he was sending it out immediately. Days pass and still no tracking info. So I sent a nasty email and finally got a tracking number from USPS, only to be told that the label had been created buy the order not picked up. WOW!! What makes me sad is I should have known better I had a similar run in with them last year when I got married. I needed the same linen suite, THERE website showed the item available. I give them a month to ship no merchandise.Only FOR ME TO HAVE TO CALL AGAIN FOR THEM TO SAY IT'S Out OF STOCK. They could have told me that a month ago. Fool me once shame on you.Fool me twice SHAME ON ME. They won't get another chance. I'M DONE WITH STOUT MEN!!!

This company is a scam. Have been dealing with an order since Jan, 2021. Read the reviews from the BBB before you order with this company. They have yet to refund my entire order as well as shipping which they have did for other customers. They will not answer the phone or e-mails and Ms. Joanna Green is not a nice person to deal with, which she only goes through e=mail. Just refund my money and shipping and we are done. Again, get this resolved as I know you have already received my Jacket that was sent back but no refund yet and we are going on 3 months.

I am very disappointed with this shop. I ordered from here for my brother for Christmas on November 26th the order was paid for right away with funds coming out of my bank and clearing. The order was no delivered/recieved until Dec 23rd ... upon looking at the thungs I purchased for him (over $700 worth of clothing) all of the items except a jacket were sent 2 times larger then the sizes orderd, I ordered 3 x and 5 x were sent. My brother shipped all of this back on December 26th, i have tracking numbers etc and the shop got them before the end of December. I have emailed as I livein Australia asking where my refund if iver $600 is and I have never, not once gotten a response from there people. I would be wary about ordering from them. $600 isn’t just pocket change to some people and it is criminal to not refund the monies. If there is a 30 day return policey the clothes were returned to the shop within 5 days or reciept/recieving them which I explained in the email that was never addressed.

I have been conducting online commerce for more than 20 years, and this place is the worst online merchant I have ever dealt with. I placed an online order with them on or about October 21, 2013, and received an automated e-mail acknowledging "successful initial processing" of my order. After two weeks with no further contact from them and no delivery of the merchandise, I e-mailed a brief and courteous inquiry. Three weeks later I still had heard nothing from them, although they had charged my credit card *twice* for the order. They were extremely difficult to reach by phone, as your lines were almost always busy. I got through four times: The first time was on or about November 12, when the woman I spoke to said my order would be shipped by the end of the week. The following week, still with no delivery (or any other contact) I got through three more times: Once I was put on hold for more than ten minutes, at which point I simply gave up; Once I was put on hold and then disconnected; Once someone picked up the phone and then immediately hung up on me. Granted, we were getting on toward Christmas season by now...but that's why retailers hire extra holiday staff. When, finally, my order did arrive, one item (a jacket) was not just too large, it was ludicrously too large. When I returned it, they gave me grief about a refund and offered only a store credit. This place is exasperating. They have a great selection of clothing in very hard to find sizes, so I'd love to patronize them, but I want nothing more to do with this company. And I would advise any other potential shoppers to stay away; find another vender.
