We had a great experience at Crystal Nails! We were out of towners, just in the state for the weekend. They accommodated us, as a party of 5, by seeing us on Sunday at noon, after a reservation made the night before. The pedicures and manicures were well received, including a first-time pedicure for a 9 year-old. We did have a bit of a wait for some in the party as there were only 2 ladies working, but the atmosphere was welcoming and made it tolerable. They were pleased when I told them we found them on Google and were convinced to visit due to their high rating. They invited us to come back again!

They have such a friendly and professional staff. I had such a relaxing pedicure here and great conversation with the staff. I’m visiting my husband’s family in Framingham from San Francisco and I’ll definitely recommend them and come back again!

This was my second time at Crystal Nails and i left very satisfied with my nails. Anna did an amazing job on my nails. I like to do the dip powder because it doesn't chip and lasts a long time. They have so many colors to choose from. Before leaving, i messed up some of my nails putting my jacket on but Anna made sure to fix them so I would leave with perfect nails!

Edit: Returned for a gel French mani after my great experience last time but unfortunately I have to dock my review. I still love the staff who are super nice, but my nails look awful. The gel was put on so thick and messy that the UV light burnt me. There are unfinished edges, bubbling, and they’re already coming up the next day. See photos. I called and requested that they be redone by Anna, who did a great job for me last time. The person didn’t seem to understand my request and stated that another tech would do them. I don’t want to go back for the process of having them removed and redone just to have my nails potentially ruined more. I won’t be returning. Best manicure I've ever gotten hands down *pun intended*. I got OPI gel #364. Anna is sassy, fun, and talented. They're doing a great job keeping things going during COVID and I'm glad to support them. They are following safety protocols. This was my first time here and the staff all treated me like an old friend. Anna even gave me some of her spring rolls to try (which were of course amazing). I also love that they have a stamp card towards a free service! I got lucky with parking. Prices more than reasonable.
