This place is miserable, no one knows what they're doing. They constantly give you a date to pick up, and keep changing it over and over again. When everything was FINALLY fixed (after 7 weeks!!) they called to say it was ready, then miraculously found another thing wrong, so they need to keep it (aka keep accepting the insurance money for holding it hostage, while they pretend to work). This place is an absolute joke, even though AAA recommends it, ask for your car to be brought somewhere else, this place will never be worth your time or money.

Harold was amazing! Actually exceptional just like the name. He was patient. Placed my truck in my back yard with ease. His skills and patience is one that I hold as a standard to my next request. It took less than an hour for pick up to occur and the wait was reasonable for drop off(based on location).

Last week I got a flat tire - called AAA who partner with these guys. The technician who responded for the flat/tow was awesome. He came quickly, was super friendly and even changed tow locations for me (cleared it through his dispatcher obviously). Really appreciated it.
