Came to get my nails done (dip on my natural nails) and within 2 days 2 of my nails chipped, the 3ed day another nail, by the 4th/5th day all of my nails were chipping. I couldn't come in right away to get them fixed due to the holiday weekend so they told me I would have to pay for a whole new set if I couldn't come in the day I called, even though my nails chipped 2 days after getting them done. Will not be going back here.

In my opinion this is the best nail salon in Framingham. I have been getting professional manicures for about 25 years, so I know what I want and am a bit particular about certain things. Nails 21 always does a great job no matter who I see. They take their time and really do a great job cleaning up the cuticles and removing those pesky ingrown nails. So, not only do my feet look a lot better I am SO much more comfortable after a pedicure. Same goes for manicures…. I work with a lot of cleaning supplies and wash my hands a lot, so my hands take a beating and I often have dry (and admittedly picked at) cuticles. Every time I leave Nails 21 there is nothing left for me to pick at, which is 90% of the reason I get my nails done in the first place. They also have a really nice selection of colors and the salon is always very clean. They always put their tools directly into the autoclave after using them and they use the single use pumice sponges and files. On top of all that, the staff is always very nice and friendly.

I was very disappointed in the result. The technician barely filed or cleaned up my nails, the cuticles are still a mess. I also asked for them to be square and got rounded nails.

Honestly they are rude. They don’t care about what you want. They also charge 5 $ extra for longer tips nails. My nails were sideways and I felt nervous to even say anything.
