Home Theater department is awful. Wait times are terrible. They lie and sell you services that are false. I paid for home delivery. Now they tell me since the man entered it in wrong, that I have to pay again. 4 customer service agents and 2.5 hours on hold got me no where. I wish they just took accountability for their mistake. Danvers is way better. I’ll drive the hour just to get good service.

Upon entry I was greeted by a pair of employees, one of whom asked me what I wanted: a display port to HDMI cable. One escorted me to the shelf bearing said item and then back to the register. Seven minutes. Amazing.

Just to give everyone a heads up if you make an appointment to fix your cracked screen make sure it is before 4pm. I made an appointment at 5:40pm through Best Buy’s website and when I got there I waited 30 mins in line, which is fine because they employees were busy helping other people. When it was my turn the guy let me know that “ideally the cut off for this type of appointment should be 4pm” the repair guy left. Just frustrated that I made a specific appointment to get my screen fixed at 5:40pm and they can’t. Be warned!

Most TVs are returnable withing 30 days unless you pay for a warranty but if you go talk with them at best buy and explain the situation they might have options to help you
Generally they're closed Easter and Christmas. In Massachusetts, they're also closed on Thanksgiving.
Yes, you arr most likly looking for a micro sd card. My recommendation is SanDisk or Samsung
