What a fantastic staff!! All of the employees we encountered were courteous, friendly, professional and very accommodating! Laura, at the front desk was especially warm, welcoming and gracious! Vincent, the maintenance engineer problem solved, enabling us to charge our electric vehicle! The only disappointment was regarding breakfast. We have stayed in many hotels that offer a modest complementary breakfast. This hotel does not. The $20.00 per person cost seemed high.

Great check in process! The staff had our key card ready before we even arrived at the hotel at 3:00 am! They even allowed for a late checkout as we had arrived a really long drive! Highly recommend!! Only thing we wished was for some sort of breakfast to be included at this price point! Overall great experience and comfy beds!

Very nice hotel. Very cool indoor balconies with table and chairs to enjoy relaxing moments overlooking the indoor pool. Clean, spacious room with a lot of unique amenities including a white noise machine to create background sounds to aud relaxation and sleep. In house restaurant and small convenience store.

Believe it or not but you have to request to have your room serviced at this hotel - I've traveled all around the world and never ever have had this experience. So after being gone all day I come back to full garbage cans, no fresh towels and no made bed. For the price they charge you'd think they'd do something. And just to let you know the pillows are terribly soft left me with a very sore neck. Will never stay at a Hilton again............(next day update) In addition, the next day I requested service and was told it was too late and that they only service a room every 4 days. So I have garbage piling up, a washroom not cleaned and dirty towels. Absolutely unacceptable. Does Hilton know how the rest of the world's hotels work especially during times such as this when additional cleaning is required. Makes you think how the rest of the hotel is cleaned. Never again!! Plus the response below is just lip service, they actually dont care as long as it looks like they offered to discuss it with the customer. Nice try but your online complaint form doesn't even work.

Yes their are busses that you can take to the airport but you have to transfer
Didn't see one outside the hotel. Could be a quite a bit of a walk to the main road if ever.
I have checked in and checked out at odd hours due to business constraints. They are very flexible,p helpful and understanding. However, I advise customers to stick to the checking/checkout policy. Excellent customer service.
Breakfast is not free. It's 20 a plate. Pretty good looking stuff. But a bit too much for me
