If I could give this complex less than one star I would. This is actually the second review I have written as my first review was taken down, so I guess this company does not value one's freedom to express their concerns... The apartments are old and outdated with appliances from the 1980s. I pay over $2,300 a month plus electric (which is extremely high because of the appliances) to live in a one bed with no washer/drier and no balcony even though I am on the 6th floor. To add to that there are now units available that are the same floor plan as mine for $1,600 a month so the company price surges in July apparently. Also when I signed the lease there was a lengthy clause on these being non smoking buildings however my apartment constantly smells like cigarette smoke due to my neighbor smoking in their apartment. When I brought this up to the office they informed me that the building I lived in used to be a smoking building and if that resident signed the lease in 2021 they were allowed to smoke in the building until 2023. This was not brought up to me until after I had signed the lease which there is no way out of. I have also had a work order in since the beginning of July and it still has not been fixed. Overall I would NOT recommend this complex and cannot wait for my lease to end. If you plan on living here I hope you don't have a full time job as the office is only open from 10am-5pm making it hard to speak with them or collect your packages because to add to the lovely community other residents will steal you packages if they are not delivered to the leasing office.

One of the best community. The maintenance is excellent, the cleanliness is very good, ample of parking, the structure and quality of buildings are great. The only pinching thing is the leasing office staff is little rude. A request is to talk politely at least with kids.

I've lived in Kimball CT for almost 2 years and everything is great: nice and responsive staff members, clean common area, on-time weekly trash disposal, and well-maintained facilities. Rent is a little high considering the distance from Boston city, but the community itself is close to i95, which is a plus point.

Five stars to leasing consultant Jayson on being an excellent tour guide! Jayson was knowledgeable about the property and units and gave us lots of great information! Very impressed with this young man.
