The staff is great and usually the product is good. Getting in the place is hard as the front door is very heavy..also due to the placement of the door bell if I ever came in my wheelchair I would not be able to ring it..would probably have to call and ask for help.

Their patient deals are good when they are available. Edit: the quality has dropped off significantly. I only shop here to say hello to the friendly staff. I have changed my 5 star review to 1 star because of the old products being sold… very annoying to get home and see I’ve been sold something that’s been sitting on a shelf for 4+ months past the packaged date.

I love sanctuary the workers are amazing and so helpful. I’ve never complained about one product and they help you find what’s right for you sincerely. Erin Smith

It is nice. Person who greeted me through my first time there process. I got half off for my first time there. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Just wish that they also offered senior citizen discounts. 😕 I will go back though.

I’m not affiliated with Sanctuary nor the city of Woburn. What I know is info that came from semi-reliable local sources. If someone that IS affiliated with the city or the dispensary would like to correct any misinformation, please, by all means do so. That being said ... There are 3 reasons that Sanctuary in Woburn isn’t open yet: 1) Security and entry/exit separation - the remodel of the property is 99% done, but there have been issues getting the property owner to ‘build to suit’ according to the mandates for cannabis sales (i.e different points of entry and exit, 100% camera coverage, etc); 2) Approval - the city govt approved it late last year, I think, but there are additional hoops to jump through with the state commission, and also; 3) Local police - part of the approval process entails the cooperation of the local police to agree to an operational control program for things like security, hours, parking and traffic (more for recreational). Woo PD isn’t exactly in a rush.

The local guide/commentors are correct–the Woburn location is medical-only. We offer adult-use sales at our Brookline and Gardner locations.
Not true, the Blue cheese was over 30.0 % TAC.
