My box arrived missing half of the things and when I spoke to them, they said the revenue was withheld, I asked for the export declaration number or the withholding term and they refused to pass, the employee informed me that the supervisor would contact me and It's been over a month since anyone called me. Whenever I ask, she tells me that he will get in touch and they are checking the insurance I took out, which by the way has not been of any use. The insurance you take out doesn't even seem to exist.
