This is an overall rating based on level of care and office hours. Care is excellent, though the wait can be a bit long, ... when this center is open. Unfortunately, they can have unpredictable hours. Open only 5 days a weeks, they sometimes close on short notice. Other Urgent care centers in the area are open 7 days a week, with longer hours, shorter wait times and good care.

CNP Mahlet Jimma is fantastic! I went in for a tick bite that became a bullseye rash and she was so thorough in explaining how she was going to treat early Lyme and that it wouldn’t have been enough time for me to build antibodies to show positive for Lyme disease in a blood test but that we were nipping it in the bud with doxycycline. She even measured my rash! She was so patient in answering all of my questions about ticks, what to do if I’m bit by a tick again, signs to be looking out for and next actions. She also gave me very good advice about staying out of sunlight while on doxycycline so I don’t get sunburned. She also referred me to a Mass Gen Brigham primary care department to find a new doctor that will take my new insurance. She has the best bedside manner and truly cares about her patients. I wish she could be my PCP!

Jim Ennis, NP and his team are fabulous. Very caring, kind and efficient. I had an emergency situation of bleeding from a cut that wouldn’t stop bleeding, Jim Ennis solved the problem by stitching my wound. Great Urgent Care facility. Highly recommend!

I attempted to visit this urgent care center two nights ago for a burn on my hand. I arrived at 8:20pm and they close at 9:00pm. The website clearly states “last walk-in patient registration accepted 30 minutes before closing”. They did send a nurse out to look at my hand and she said something along the lines of ‘oh wanted to make sure it’s not bleeding or anything’. They told me I had arrived too late to be seen and that burns were not on their yellow and red care charts. They advised me to return in the morning but why would I return to a place that refuses care to a patient and disregards their own clearly stated polices. I visited a different urgent care which was appalled at the lack of empathy from this place. Reading the reviews, it appears my situation has happened before. This place should change their written policy if they are not able to follow it.

Yes
But, if you've been prescribed an x-ray by another doctor they won't do it.
