I have been to this Panera many times, so it bothers me to give this review 2 stars. My visit today was very disappointing, my husband ordered an egg white and spinach sandwich, it came with tomato which was fine but it also had avocado on it and he can't have avocado. The next issue is there were no napkins, I told him to look in a drawer and he found some. Those two things are nothing compared to the last issue..... a man was sitting in the dinning area with no shoes on, he had shoes he just chose not to wear them, I spoke to the assistant manager who told me that it isn't a problem.

Decent Panera bread, pretty busy. I waited over 40 minutes for my order. It's not there fault it's a very busy location. The chicken sandwich was pretty good. Cheers!

Bad experience 45min for pre ordered soufflé!!! , we ordered soufflés , i drove 10 miles to pick it up , i couldn’t find it on the pick up location , I had to wait on the long line to ask where is it !! The employees check , they couldn’t find it , the ask the assistant manager “ Vanessa “ she doesn’t care , she said it not there so , someone took it ! I ask her to get me another one , she said that they don’t have it and simply offers to gave me my money back , and also said it’s not they responsibility since someone took it !! And it my responsibility to be there right in time they made it and put it there !!! Then she left And let me wondering what to do ! The manager “Milton” save the situation, he went above and beyond, he stepped it and went a head and baked me new suflles , I had to wait another 30 min but I was happy that he did try to do the best he can Lisa was also nice

Truly horrible experience at Panera Bread. I picked up lunch for our office, I had ordered chicken soup. Got the food back to the office, opened my Bowl of soup to find it 3/4 full of broth, with basically no noddles, carrots, or chicken in the bowl. (2 pieces of chicken). Be wary when ordering soup from them. (this was at 11:20am, during not at the end of the day)
