This place saved my dog's life! My pup had a bad infection in his paw with a dangerously high temperature. Another vet told us he wouldn't make it! MVRH cleaned wrapped and treated the infected paw. I picked up my pup the next day with medicine. They have called twice since to check on our pups healing, amazing staff!!!

Came into this hospital with an injured dog, left with just his collar. Our Bruce, the center of our world and the light of our lives, his life was put in Dr Troxel's hands. And he failed him. He came out of surgery unable to breathe on his own. Then we were told ventilators were not an option due to "lack of staffing". Our dog's life couldn't make it due to lack of staffing? The efforts to contact local hospitals for backup was minimal. Our questions were not clearly answered and we'll never really know what killed him. It was all so vague. This surgeon was so confident in this surgery, then after the surgery so confident our boy would never breathe on his own again, or survive. He wasn't even given a chance or an explanation. Whoever is to blame, however this happened, the end result was we lost our dog when he should've been saved. We're left with a hole in our hearts that will never recover. The most incredible dog died at 4 years old and this hospital was unable to save him. While they go on with their lives, our life is left changed forever. Nothing anyone can say will undo this.

Caring, friendly, excellent experience bringing our 5-month old puppy this past week. I felt like we were entering an emergency vet reality tv show :-). Everyone was so kind- from the front desk reception, to the pharmacy department and loved Dr. Cooper. Naturally, I hope we don't have to revisit specialists anytime soon but overall, I felt like our pet got EXCELLENT care, our time was very well spent and respected (as it's a 3 hour drive from our house) and I couldn't have asked for a more professional and friendly team.

I have had 2 major emergencies with 2 different cats. And they were both treated promptly and with care. Yes, it is expensive but that is sometimes part of being a pet parent. If Mass Vet wasn't around, both cats would have died, so it was worth the money.

My emergency workup and diagnostics had totaled $1304 between my 2 different vet visits that day. Subsequent private cremation cost me $155 last spring. It was handled wonderfully by the staff as it wasn't how I had planned to end my day as you can imagine. My Sheltie was returned to me in a beautiful wooden box that included appropriate paperwork and kind expressions of sympathy.
A referral with an appointment is $120, then they'll give you an estimate based on what your baby needs. Emergency room is around $165 in the door. You'll know the cost before treatment is administered. They ask about any add on's, as long as it's not an emergency. Then the doctor uses her medical judgement to make the call. Great organization! Techs are very knowledgeable. Doctor's and specialists are really really good at what they do.
Don't know - your best bet is to call them. They are helpful & amazingly responsive.
We had an ultrasound done which is $467 + reading it for $137. MRI will be quiet more!
YES MOST DEFINITELY!! The door was closed with enough force to either fracture or pinch a nerve on the spine that has a connection to its back legs. Most definitely give them a call and share as much information with them as possible. Kitten is still young it will recover but you have to call and take the kitty to the ER
I would call the hospital directly as they likely won't respond to questions like this on here!
Care Credit
We have it for technicians not for doctors. We are a teaching hospital.
I would start with talking to the front desk and ask the kind ladies there. I'd imagine they'll need your insurances contact info to send the records. How they do it depends on how your insurance like to retrieve records.
They give you the option of getting a pawprint when they go over body care
No vet charges per the breed of the dog you bring on. It's based on treatment what kind of question is this?
No, cats and dogs only.
