Very pleasant staff… the main doors weren’t functioning when I went there so I had to go around the side where I was greeted by two very nice ladies. The lobby area was very clean and tastefully decorated. The grounds outside are maintained very well

Everyone, I mean EVERYONE is caring, kind and friendly! The Human Touch is present at Carmel Richmond. The care is incredible, especially the Rehabilitation Center. I thank God every day that my Sister is in such loving hands!

If I can give zero stars i would.. Very understaffed. Working 2 aides at night to 60 residents leave the aides aching and the residents neglected. The administration do not care about the staff. The nurses do not help the aides, they walk right by the residents when the aides are extremely overwhelmed with the ridiculous amount of work they have to do. It is almost impossible for 1 aide to care for 30 residents properly. This has become a normal thing here at carmel richmond.This is a complete disgrace! Something needs to be done.
