Some of the staff are kind but this is a very poorly run location. I arrived early and checked in, after 15 minutes I was told that the very common test I needed wasn't available. After searching multiple other locations they were able to find the test and arrange to have it delivered. I wound up getting the test done 1.5 hours after my scheduled time. Two weeks later, I receive a notification that the time-sensitive test wasn't completed. No reason was offered and now my doctor's office is trying to sort out the issue. 11 vials of blood taken (At the end the tech said "let's take one more just in case"...) and they didn't complete the ONE test I actually needed. Additionally, numerous times during my wait there the staff called out patients by first name which led to multiple instances of mixed up patients/paperwork. When you're working with protected medical information you've got to be more aware. The general lack of care is really frustrating. Would recommend avoiding this location if possible.

Complete S-show. Rude, overbooked, been waiting a half hour right now after showing up early and checking in. Go elsewhere.

They say if we’re more than 15 minutes late we’ll be seen as a walk-in, i arrived and checked in about 20 minutes PRIOR to my appointment, and was not seen until almost an hour AFTER my 2:15 appointment. People getting there after me went before me, they even told me i was ready to be seen just to sit down and wait for another 15 minutes. The receptionist at the desk obviously doesn’t care to be there, and is very unhelpful.

No appointment. Wednesday morning arrived at around 715. By 730 standing room only in the waiting room. 3 check-in stations. Very clean. Staff are professional and efficient and really nice. I waited about 15 min after checking in. Altogether spent 45 minutes there.

IF you are looking to have the PCR test you will have to go to Medstar or a hospital. Labcorp does the antibody test which is a blood draw. You would go online to Labcorp.com and fill out the questionnaire, enter your insurance information (if you have none, that is ok) pay the $10 and get a confirmation number. Results should be ready in 3-4 business days.
Go to Labcorp.com and you can schedule an appointment.
depends what time u called.
If you're going to get blood drawn then you can just walk in and wait. If you're going for anything else you can always call in and ask for an appointment.

Today I was discriminated in this place when I arrived I filled in my arrival in the system that they have when entering, I lasted 50 minutes waiting and I looked at the window to ask what I was hearing when I saw what people who arrived after me they were attended first the woman told me not yet It's your turn and I asked him how much longer I have to wait, I kept on waiting and again after half an hour I asked and it turned out that the lady took me out of the system and another arrived and I told her that you are not in the system, they both left and Another person, according to me again, they left me waiting for 30 minutes, I felt very sad, I did not tell them anything else, I just left because they asked me that, I never disrespected them, I arrived at 9am and left at 11:45 with nothing resolved. 😔😔😔
