Kavi is absolutely awesome ! His patience professionalism and understanding was very much appreciated. I took over an hour of his time he didn’t complain , he was also hungry and didn’t have the chance to eat because of this , he had the chance to eat only after until after he was through with me. If there were more people like him within your organization it would only make it a much better place always !

Kavi is amazingly thorough with answering questions. He is terse and succinct. He is usually available to answer his phone and if not calls back asap! That I am amazed with. The unit is kept very clean!! I just came from revere public storage and there are concern from my perspective as a customer. Needed to rent a Facility in the Seabrook, NH area. Due to situation beyond my control, I visited the PS Warehouse in Woburn, Mass with Tom and Kavi. They were most helpful in the paper work and went out of their ways to get me signed up for a facility not even under their direction. These are true team players!
